If you think you’ve got what we’re looking for, here’s what
you can expect from us!

We’ll reach out to you via telephone and take you through what is involved in our interview process to ensure that you agree with it before we move forward.

We'll conduct a 10 - 20 minute telephone interview; for technical roles we will be asking that you first complete a technical test.

We'll call you back to inform you whether or not we are moving forward with the interview process.

If we do, we’ll send you a Career History Form & an Atman psychometric test to complete.

For most of our positions, additional homework may be requested to be completed and presented during the interview.

Next we’ll conduct a TopGrading interview which can vary from 1-4 hours depending on the position.

We'll then take the time to analyze all the information and write a draft executive summary to help us make sure you’re the right person for the job.

Then it’s time for you to arrange reference calls with any references mentioned on the Career History Form.

If everything checks out with the reference calls, we'll make you an offer of employment.

If you decide to join our team, you'll receive one week of onboarding training, then specific training to ensure your success as a member of the Netmail team.
